Humanitarian projects

We are inviting nonprofit organizations to contact us whenever a design consultant is needed. We are always open for new charitable collaborations.

In collaboration with secondhand store Juttersdok and the city (North) Amsterdam we held a free workshop:  "Beautiful living with recycled materials" on 14 May 2011. Participants gave very positive responses.

For the "Budget Fair" 19 March 2011 organized by women in Gasperdam community we gave a free workshop:  "Making your dreamhome come true with less". Participants were really enthusiastic. The course was so full we had to reject new subscribers.

In order to help earthquake victims of Pakistan,  we were involved in the organization of an art auction event "ArtFlow for Pakistan". The event was a huge success and at the end of the day all the donated pieces raised 16.000 euro. This amount will provide safe drinking water of thousands of people.

For 'Het Bertolt Brecht Huis (BBH)'-  a shelter for homeless boys and girls between the age of 18 and 23,  we helped painting the halway on the first floor. The old orange pink color is now a refreshing white and blue combination.

At 8UO (Acht Uur Overwerken) night where teams of creative people and different charities met,  we worked together with Stop Kindermisbruik. The challenge is to communicate their worthy cause of freeing 2000 under-aged Indian girls in 2010 from forced prostitution. We took part in the brainstorming sessions and succesfully addressed their problem.

In order to raise fund for the victim of 2010 Haiti earthquake,  we participated in InterNations auction event in Amsterdam. An acrylic painting "Welcome to my world" and an original sculpture "the wooden cup" was donated for the cause.

In collaboration with PIKA (High School of Carpentry) in Semarang,  Indonesia,  our company provides designs for craftsmen with disabilities in order to enable them selling their products in the western market.
