This one room shall function as a sitting / TV room, a guest bedroom, an office, a workshop room, a showroom for wooden chairs & carpets business, and an empty photo studio. Furthermore, it must accommodate the homeowners passion for greens and natural environment.
An existing deck separates the office and the sitting/guest bedroom area with the rest of the room. In this area, versatility is created by modifying two carpet hangers- each to hold a large mirror on its front- to hide merchandise when wished. Mirrors also act as a counteract for the lack of windows in this room. Curtains are added to finish the look. Green/outdoorsy feeling are created by a large plant trellis up to the ceiling, which also doubles as a screen for storage areas. Wooden chairs can easily be rearranged for workshop purposes or set aside to make room for a photo shoot.
